Hello, my name is Garfield and I'm 6 years old. As you can see by my pictures, I'm a big guy. Um, nobody likes to be called big or chubby. I just have more to love. Much better, huh?
I was found in a high kill shelter and when my foster Mom saw my picture she couldn't resist. Maybe my forever family will do the same.
I'm in a foster home that has dogs, cats and Teenagers. Sometimes I'm a bit overwhelmed with everything and if I could crawl more on my foster Mom's lap, I would be happy. But I feel so safe being a lap kitty I know I will adjust.
One day I hope to have a forever family that can help me see more of the world but only inside, ok? I never want to be a stray again. I don't mind hanging out on the back of the couch or maybe a kitty tree.
At nighttime I try to squeeze in with all the other furries for a spot in our foster Mom's bed. So much better than being in a shelter. I am sure lucky to have a cute face that my foster family couldn't resist. I know my luck will get even better when my family comes to meet me.
