Hi there! My name is Santa Monica and I am 6 months old. I weigh about 52#s and I'm still growing. I've got big paws and soft, curly hair. Some parts of my hair/fur are wavy. I'm a big cuddle stuffed animal!
I was born in a foster home on 2/21/2024. I was so lucky to be born in a warm, loving foster home vs a shelter. My Mama took really good care of me and my siblings. I'm so happy my family has all found their forever family's. They say the best for last. Being I'm the last puppy waiting for her family I guess I'm the best! You are just going to have to come meet me so I can show you my greatness!
I love to play - hello! I'm a puppy. I like to play chase with the other foster dogs here. They are about my size but a little bit older. We all play chase and when it's time to take a break we all sit or lounge around under the tree for shade.
I love to play outside, and water is my favorite. I help my foster Mom when she waters her plants. I get in the way so I can help with the water. Maybe I will have a kiddie pool in my new home or a sprinkler.
I am going to grow up to be a big girl and I can't wait to have a family of my own. I hope my family will teach me all the things' puppies need to learn. Walking on leash, potty training and puppy training!
I'm really good with my potty training. I sleep in a crate at nighttime. I know the command "go kennel" or a doggie cookie gets tossed in my crate and in I go! I'm in a crate by myself. I will whine at nighttime if I have to go outside and do my business. I'm also learning the bell system. I know when my foster Mom says the word "outside" we go to the back door. She touches the bell and one day one of us doggies will learn. I'm a smart girl so I will master this!
I get my meals in my crate and I get so excited for food. I'm very food motivated so when it's time for me to be adopted & we go through puppy training to make me even smarter just bring the treats and I'm a Superstar in training!
