Hi there! My name is Chloe and I'm 13 years old. I'm a Soft-Coated Wheaton Terrier.
My Dad went to People Heaven and there was nobody to take care of me, so I was brought to a place that houses a lot of dogs - shelter. But I didn't stay there very long because Treasured Animal Rescue saw my picture and from there, I had a long car ride that brought me to my foster home.
I like my foster home. Oh boy, there's so much to do. I can hang out with the other dogs, walk around in the backyard and explore or cuddle on the couch. Want to know what my favorite thing is? The couch. I take my foster Mom's spot on the couch, but I share and we watch TV together.
I'm house trained and at nighttime I sleep in a crate - even though I don't need one. I'm a quiet girl that doesn't get into things. I like it when my foster Mom pulls out a leash and calls my name. She takes me for car rides and I like to ride shotgun.
When I went to the doggie vet for a checkup the vet was amazed at how well I look for being 13. Shoot, 13 is just a number and I've got lots of spunk in me that I hope my forever family will bring me to their home and I can spend my golden years with them.
The doggie vet did say I need to lose some weight. The short time I was in the shelter I lost some weight. Maybe I was sad because my Human went to heaven, but I have so many people helping me get into my forever family I'm not sad anymore.
I hope my forever family will take me for walks (might help me lose some #s) and of course, I need that comfy couch to snuggle on.
