Hi there! My name is Mia and I am guessed to be about 2 years old. I'm a pretty young girl. I have gorgeous yellow eyes.
I was found as a stray and sadly I was going to have babies. Animal Control put out the word there's a pregnant cat needing help. I was very lucky that Treasured Animal Rescue saw that post among many other similar posts. Hello? Can you say kitten season?!?
So, I got my Freedom ride up north and had my 5 babies in a comfy foster home. I fed my babies very well and when there were other little babies needing a Mama's attention I stepped in. You can say I was a very good Mama to all the babies I took care of.
But as time flew by. my babies got bigger and older where it was time for everyone to be ready for their forever homes. I went to the kitty vet again and they made sure I never have babies again - whew! My foster Mom said on that drive that day "Mia, you did your job taking care of babies - it's now your turn".
So, now the time is Mia's time, and I can't wait for my family to come meet me. You will fall in love with me right away. I'm a quiet girl but love to be held and cuddle with you. I love hanging out in the cat tree looking out the window. I see these birds and squirrels watching the food that is left for them. I'm so lucky I have all the food I have right inside.
In my foster home, I have other cats to play with. I like to also lounge around on a bed or the couch. I love to play chase with the other foster kitties. Rugs are my favorite. I like to run and slide into the rugs. I still have that Mama touch and play with my kittens. They are getting so big! I guess I did a great job.
I'm not big on playing with toys but maybe when I get my own home I will have more interest. There's so much to play with here in my foster home but maybe in my new home we can start a new beginning for me.
I'll be able to play with all the kitty toys you have. Maybe I'll have another friend. Doesn't matter if it's a dog or cat - I'm great with both. I will share my food and your attention. I just ask I never go outside again! I never want to be an outdoor kitty. I would like to be your Princess that you pamper for the rest of my life.
Can't wait for our journey to begin!
xoxo,
Mia
