I've found my furever family!

Hi! My Name Is Mila

We're happy to tell you that Mila has a new furever home.
Please visit our Available Cats Page to see the cats currently available.

Hi there, my name is Mila and I am 3 years old.  I'm a sweet, loving kitty that sadly was brought to a kill shelter.  My other 2 kitty friends were brought there and they were going to have babies. The shelter put out pleas to a bunch of rescues and Treasured Animal Rescue learned about our arrival at the shelter and they said they'll help the Mama to be.  But then the shelter said, there's a friend.  I'm so glad TAR's mantra is never to leave a friend behind because I got that Freedom Ride.

I'm in a foster home that has other cats and dogs.  I'm ok with the dogs but boy, there are a couple here that bark a lot.  Cats are much quieter!  I like to hang out with the cats on our special tree but my favorite spot is with my foster Grandma.  She doesn't know it but she's like the Cat Whisperer.  Her office is really quiet and I like to lounge on her desk.  When she's on the computer too long I try to give her the hint to take a break by rolling on her keyboard to be silly.  I might be silly but what I'm really asking for is a belly rub!

I was sad that I lost my family.  They had no choice but bring us to the shelter because the Landlord said no cats but what a relief there are rescues like TAR that help kitties like us.  We get to hang out in a foster home until a family comes to meet us.

I'm a quiet girl.  I like to be held and cuddle. And then there's my belly rubs.  Love those!

I hope one day I have a family again. A family that will never leave me in a shelter and will love me forever.  I'm looking for my BF.  Can that be you?

xoxo,

Mila
